Admission Process

Step 1: Admission Enquiry

Parents may visit the school campus or contact the admission office to learn more about the admission procedure, curriculum, facilities, and fee structure.

Step 2: Registration

Complete the Admission Registration Form and submit it along with the required documents.

Step 3: Required Documents

Please submit the following documents:

• Birth Certificate
• Student’s Aadhaar Card (if applicable)
• Parent’s Aadhaar Card
• Passport-size photographs of the student
• Address Proof
• Previous Academic Report Card (if applicable)
• Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (if applicable)

Step 4: Interaction / Assessment

Depending on the grade level, the student may be invited for a simple interaction or academic assessment to understand their learning level.

Step 5: Admission Confirmation

Selected students will receive an admission confirmation. Admission is confirmed after document verification and payment of the applicable admission and tuition fees.

Step 6: Begin Your Learning Journey

Once all admission formalities are completed, students will receive their class schedule and can begin their academic journey at Hillwood Academy.
